What we cannot do — and who can
We cannot change, cancel, or refund a booking. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email or contact the booking platform directly.
We cannot change ticket dates, names, or entry times, reissue tickets, confirm admission, or check availability. Use your provider account, app, or booking voucher, or contact the attraction through its own official channel.
We do not control admission, tour operations, provider cancellations, or refunds. Bookings made through third-party platforms are governed by those providers’ terms.

Find your confirmation email, booking voucher, or provider app/account. These contain the booking reference and the correct customer-support route. We cannot access third-party booking records or contact an operator on your behalf.
How this site makes money
Some outbound booking links may be affiliate links. If you book through one, we may receive a commission, usually at no extra cost to you. This does not make us the official seller, booking platform, attraction, or tour operator.
